The Board of Directors of Meta Bright Group Berhad (“MBGB” or “Company”) (“Board”) wishes to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, FBO Land (Setapak) Sdn. Bhd. (“Developer”) and a 70%-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, CCF Development Sdn. Bhd. (“Purchaser”) had on 8 January 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) in respect of sale and purchase of one (1) unit of shop lot located at Damai Suites, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (“Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM3,469,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Transaction”).
