Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 15 March 2021 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd ("CJCL") and Utama Multimodal Logistics Sdn Bhd ("UML").
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that CJCL has submitted proposals to the relevant Government Agencies pertaining to the distribution of COVID-19 Vaccines and is currently awaiting responses from the respective Government Agencies. The Company will make further announcement in respect of the MOU as described above, as and when necessary.
