Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 7 October 2020 in respect of the material litigation as described above (‘Previous Announcement’).
For ease of reference, the terms and abbreviations used in the Previous Announcement shall be adopted herein, unless stated otherwise.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Summary Judgement application was initially fixed for decision on 30 October 2020. However, the Court has reserved its decision and instead, the Court directed all parties to file an Additional Written Submissions to clarify on certain issues. As such, the Court adjourned the date for decision to 19 November 2020.
The Company will continue to make the necessary announcement of any material development in respect of Suit 271.
