The Company wishes to announce that the forthcoming Postponed 23rd AGM and EGM to be held on 28 May 2020 will be conducted on a fully virtual basis. Please refer to the Notice of the Postponed 23rd AGM dated 6 May 2020 and Notice of the EGM dated 6 May 2020, which was announced on 5 May 2020. Please also refer to the attached for the – 1. Notification to Shareholders, together with the Administrative Guide and other accompanying documents in relation to the said meetings, which have been despatched to all shareholders today; and 2.
