3)  Date Payable : 07 Jun 2019 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks: The payment of a Single Tier Final Dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The information in this announcement remains unchanged as per our earlier announcement dated 27 February 2019 (Reference No. ENT-25022019-00017). This amended announcement is made pursuant to the launch of the T+2 trade settlement cycle, which takes effect on 29 April 2019.
