Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to inform that the following Directors of the Company had converted a total of 13,642,589 warrants into 13,642,589 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
