Pursuant to paragraph 14.06(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements (“MainLR”), the exercise of share option pursuant to the Company’s ESOS is exempted from the restrictions or requirements of paragraph 14.05 of the MainLR to comply with the procedures during closed period as set out in paragraph 14.08 of the MainLR.
