Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 June 2016 and 15 August 2016. The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce that, during the case management on 22 August 2016, the Shah Alam High Court (“SAHC”) has given parties a next case management date to comply with the case management directions and to update the SAHC on the decision of Nestle Products Sdn. Bhd.’s appeal against the decision of the Consolidation Application to the Court of Appeal. The next case management date is on 21 October 2016. This announcement is dated 23 August 2016.
