The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce the proceedings during the case management in the Shah Alam High Court ("SAHC") suit on 16 February 2016.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court suit has been transferred to SAHC and consolidated with the SAHC suit.
Nestle has filed an application to consolidate the SAHC claim with CTL’s claims against Nestle Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in the Shah Alam Sessions Court, and Nestle Asean Sdn Bhd and Cereal Partners Sdn Bhd in the Shah Alam Magistrate Court (‘the Consolidation Application’).
The sealed copy of the Consolidation Application was served on CTL’s solicitors on 15 February 2016. During the case management in the SAHC suit on 16 February 2016, the Court directed CTL to file in its affidavit in reply by 1 March 2016 and for the reply by Nestle to be filed on 9 March 2016.
The next case management for the SAHC suit is on 10 March 2016.
