WE DESIGN LOGISTICS

Reference is made to the Article entitled "Century Logistics in advance talks to buy document firm" appearing in “The Edge Financial Daily” on Wednesday, 7 January 2015. The Board of Directors of Century (“Board”) wishes to clarify the below mentioned statements appearing in the said Article:-

(i) “Century Logistics Holdings Bhd is in advanced talks to acquire a document management services company, said its managing director Steven Teow”; and

(ii) “The supply chain management and logistics provider is targeting revenue of RM300 million for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2015”.

In respect of (i) above, the Company wishes to clarify that the Company has neither concluded nor entered into any definitive agreement relating to the above. Once the discussions are concluded and a formal offer is given by the Company, the Company will make the requisite announcement to Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad accordingly.

In respect of (ii) above, the Company wishes to clarify that the statement refers to the Management’s targeted revenue for the current financial year and is not intended to refer to any financial estimate or forecast of the Company.
