| Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 July 2014, 8 August 2014, 22 August 2014 and 23 September 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue, Share Split and Amendments.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Century, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 8 October 2014:
(i) the number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on 9 October 2014 is 61,032,148 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and
(ii) the number of Subdivided Shares to be listed and quoted on 9 October 2014 is 366,192,890 Subdivided Shares pursuant to the Share Split after taking into account the existing issued and paid-up share capital of the Company consisting of 122,064,297 Century Shares and the issuance of 61,032,148 Bonus Shares.
For information purposes, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Century will be 366,192,890 Subdivided Shares as at 9 October 2014 pursuant to the Bonus Issue and Share Split.
The above will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 9 October 2014, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue and Share Split on Wednesday, 8 October 2014.
