(Unless otherwise defined, all terms used in this announcement have the same meaning asribed in the announcement dated 10 July 2014)
We refer to our announcements dated 10 July 2014 and 8 August 2014 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Century, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment") is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 21 August 2014 (which was received on 22 August 2014) approved the following:

(a) listing and quotation of up to 61,032,148 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and

(b) Proposed Share Split.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:

1. Century and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue and Proposed Share Split;
2. Century and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue and Proposed Share Split;
3. Century to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue and Proposed Share Split are completed;
4. Century or its adviser to furnish to Bursa Securities a certified true copy of the relevant resolution passed by shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Bonus Issue and Proposed Share Split;
5. In respect of the Proposed Bonus Issue, Century and its adviser are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35 (2) (a) & (b) and 6.35 (4) of the Main LR.
6. In respect of the Proposed Share Split, Century or its adviser is required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 13.10 (2) of the Main LR.
