The Board of Directors of Barakah wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had at the Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 20 December 2022 approved the appointment of HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as the Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, HLB AAC PLT, and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.

Such change is in conjunction with the merger of the practice of HLB Ler Lum PLT and HLB AAC PLT which after the merger, the merged practices will operate under the name of "HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT".
