Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Earlier Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd (“Malacca Securities”) wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating a plan to regularise its financial conditions (“Regularisation Plan”).

The Company had on 10 November 2021, submitted its 2nd extension of time application for an extension of time for a period of six (6) months from 17 November 2021 to 17 May 2022 to submit its Regularisation Plan in compliance with Paragraph 8.04(3) of the Listing Requirements (“EOT Application”). 

The Company had on 29 November 2021, appointed Malacca Securities as the Principal Adviser for its Regularisation Plan.   

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the EOT Application and material development on the Regularisation Plan in due course.
