We refer to the announcements dated 8 July 2022, 20 July 2022 and 25 July 2022 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM1.40 per Placement Unit.
The issue price of RM1.40 represents a discount of RM0.07 or approximately 4.76% to the 5-day VWAP of Atrium REIT Units up to and including 5 August 2022 of RM1.47 per Atrium REIT Unit, being the market day and closing price immediately preceding the price-fixing date on 8 August 2022.
