The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT ("Manager"), wishes to announce that with effect from 1 August 2021, the Trustee’s fee and Manager’s fee of Atrium REIT shall be increased as follows:-
Note:* per annum based on the Net Asset Value of Atrium REIT
The above increases in fees are within the authorised limit as stipulated in the Second Restated Deed dated 17 December 2019.
