The Board of Directors of Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Atrium REIT, wishes to announce that Atrium REIT Capital Sdn Bhd (“Issuer”), a special purpose vehicle whose shares are 100% held by Pacific Trustees Berhad, the Trustee of Atrium REIT (“REIT Trustee”), on behalf of Atrium REIT, had on 18 September 2019, lodged with the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) the required information and documents relating to the establishment of the MTN Programme pursuant to SC's Guidelines on Unlisted Capital Market Products under the Lodge and Launch Framework.

The MTN Programme has a tenure of thirty (30) years from the date of the first issuance.

Proceeds raised from the MTN issuance under the MTN Programme shall be utilised by the Issuer for the following purposes:-

1. In respect of Tranche 1 MTN, to part finance/reimburse Atrium REIT’s purchase of that parcels of land held under issue documents of title for Pajakan Negeri 2850 for Lot No. 2027 and H.S.(D) 14852, Plot No. 203, both situated in Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Negeri Pulau Pinang together with a  double-storey office building annexed with a single-storey factory building, a single storey warehouse with a mezzanine floor and other ancillary buildings erected thereon and bearing assessment address 150F, Blok A, Jalan Kampung Jawa, Taman Perindustrian Bayan Lepas, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang; and
2. In respect of Tranche 2 MTN, to part finance/reimburse Atrium REIT’s purchase of the land held under issue document of title Pajakan Negeri 9036 for Lot 70812, Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Negeri Pulau Pinang together with a 2 storey detached factory and annexed 2 storey office erected thereon and bearing assessment address Plot 401, Lintang Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Public Investment Bank Berhad is the appointed Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger, Security Agent and Facility Agent for the MTN Programme.
