We refer to Atrium REIT’s previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition 2.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the SPA 2 have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SPA 2 has become unconditional on 7 August 2019.
