ATRIUM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("ATRIUM REIT")

(I)	PROPOSED ACQUISITION 1; 
(II)	PROPOSED ACQUISITION 2; AND
(III)	PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 12 February 2019 unless otherwise stated.

 

We refer to Atrium REIT’s previous announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 May 2019, approved the listing of and quotation for 58,464,480 new Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue, subject to the following conditions:-

  1. Atrium REIT and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Rights Issue; 
  2. Atrium REIT and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Rights Issue;
  3. Atrium REIT/UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolutions passed by unitholders at the forthcoming general meeting for the Proposals prior to the listing and quotation of the new Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue; and
  4. Atrium REIT and UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Rights Issue is completed.
