On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the approval from Bursa Securities for the extension of time to complete the implementation of the Private Placement will lapse after 5 October 2024.

After further deliberation, the Company has decided not to proceed with the Private Placement.
