We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Aneka (“Board”), Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 May 2022 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.1800 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0176 or approximately 8.91% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Aneka Shares up to and including 11 May 2022, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.1976 per Aneka Share.
