The Board of Directors of Ancom Nylex Berhad ("ANB" or "Company") wishes to announce that Nylex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 5 December 2025 entered into a non-binding term sheet with TOPNEXT International Company Limited (“Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of up to 50% equity interest in Maxlive Sdn. Bhd., an investment holding company to be formed pursuant to an internal restructuring exercise for the purpose of the Proposed Transaction, subject to the terms and conditions to be mutually agreed between the Vendor and Purchaser, in a share sale & purchase agreement to be executed in due course by the Vendor and Purchaser.
