(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 22 April 2024 and 21 April 2025 in relation to the HOA for Proposals ("Announcemenrts"), where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that on 22 October 2025, ANB and its 33.96% owned subsidiary ALB, had entered into a 2nd Supplemental Agreement to the HOA as amended by the Supplemental Agreement to the HOA dated 21 April 2025 (“2nd Supplemental Agreement”) with the Vendors and GLTSB.

Pursuant to the 2nd Supplemental Agreement, the Parties have mutually agreed to, amongst others, the following:

(1) exclude the Proposed Private Placement as part of the Proposals;

(2) exclude the Proposed Subscription as part of the Proposals;

(3) amend the conditionality for the Proposals; and

(4) extend the Term.
